IBM Z Server Virtualization web page
IBM needed to update the existing IBM Z Server web page to ensure an effective flow to their customers and increase interactions.
The old design was lacking in interactions and not meeting the needs of customers. Through collaboration with marketing strategists and research, we identified areas for improvement and set out to enhance the overall user experience.
SOLUTION
Identify problems and possible changes which would lead to improve overall experience, increasing retention and engagement metrics.
Based on our findings, we set the tone and voice for the web page and created a seamless consumer experience.

RESULTS
We were able to drive engagement in the video section by creating a video-focused experience, improve retention with habit-forming techniques and personalization, and improve usability with a refined look and feel. The new illustrations styles we created aligned with IBM's master brand guidelines, ensuring a consistent and impactful visual presence.
